Music that looks good as well as sounds good?
My 18th birthday is coming up and I want to get a tattoo of a measure or two from a piece of classical music. (I don’t care what era it is from, be it romantic, classical, baroque, or even more recent)
However, most of the pieces that I love don’t look good as sheet music.
So I want a piece that looks pretty (with lots of intricate note patterns and whatnot) as well as sounds pretty.
Any suggestions?
Just a note: some of my favorite composers are Brahms, Beethoven, Mozart, Stravinsky, Bach, Debussy, and Mendelssohn.
