I plucked my eyebrows too short, what should i do??

I plucked my eye brows too short. I also plucked some of the inside so now my eyebrows look like there isnt much hair by some parts. I used a pencil but it looked weird. My cousin suggested maybe to try a pen, so i took my gel pen i had and it made my eyebrows look fine. i plucked them about a month ago and they haven’t grown back all the way. There are still some bare parts…What should i do????

if it looks weird with a pencil try filling it in with eyeshadow the same colour it looks more natural. they might not grow completely back
